Good morning, Sports fans!  Davey Mac here back with a big Sports Report for ya! Hope you had an excellent Labor Day Weekend…I know what kid who did…although he isn’t a kid anymore…hell, he may not even be human…because, ladies and gentlemen…The Martian has arrived! And the young phenom couldn’t have come soon enough!

That’s right!  The Yankees’ much-talked-about top prospect, Jasson Dominguez, just made his Major League Baseball debut with the Bronx Bombers on Friday…and he premiered with a BANG!  Dominguez homered off of future Hall Of Famer and legendary starter Justin Verlander of the Houston Astros!  And in doing so…Dominguez became the youngest Yankee ever to homer in his first at-bat.  Check it out!

But that’s not all, Yankee fans!  Dominguez then homered again on Sunday…now making him the youngest Yankee in franchise history to homer twice in his first three games.  Amazing!  Seriously…how good is this guy?  It’s like looking at a switch-hitting, younger Albert Pujols! Take a look at home run number two below!

In any event…tonight will be the Yankee Stadium for Dominguez…as well as another newly called-up and highly-touted prospect Austin Wells.  It’ll be cool to hear the Bleacher Creatures do the “Yankee Roll Call” and chant Dominguez’ name. Will they chant Martian? Will it be Dominguez? Or just JASSON?

Oh… an interesting side note…Jasson Dominguez is actually named for former Yankee Jason Giambi (his dad was a big fan).  Regardless…this young man looks really good.  We may have just gotten the next great Yankee…Because The Martian…is outta this world!  I’m Davey Mac…and now let’s get to the Scoreboard!
