Jersey’s Tommy DeVito Leads Giants To Back-To-Back Wins

Good morning, Sports fans! It's your buddy Davey Mac here and we've got a big-time Sports Report for ya this morning! We've got the football, basketball, hockey, and even baseball! So lets' not dilly-dally! Let's get to the Sports!
And we're starting with football where the Giants beat the Patriots yesterday…10 to 7…to get their second win in a row. Making his first career start at MetLife Stadium only miles from where he grew up, Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito threw for 191 yards, a touchdown, and no interceptions. Good day for the local boy!

Tommy was born in Livingston and grew up in Cedar Grove. He attended Don Bosco High School (which has had an excellent football program for decades). Tommy then went on to play for Syracuse in college.

The Patriots did have a chance to tie the game with a 35-yard field goal with just seconds remaining…but it was missed wide left. And the Giants improve to 4 and 8. So, Tommy got back-to-back wins as Giants quarterback just a short drive from where he grew up. That's pretty awesome. Now on to the rest of the Scoreboard!

Eagles Get Past Bills In OT Classic
Meanwhile, the Eagles defeated the Bills in an Overtime thriller…37 to 34. Philly QB Jalen Hurts threw for 200 yards, 3 touchdowns, and one pick. Hurts also ran for 65 yards and two TD’s. The Eagles are now 10 and 1. The Bills drop to 6 and 6.

Jets Lose To Miami On Black Friday
If you didn’t see the first-ever Black Friday game…the Jets lost to the Dolphins…34 to 13. The Jets are now 4 and 7…the Dolphins are 8 and 3.

Basketball. The Knicks fell to the Suns yesterday…116 to 113…despite 35 points and 8 assists from Jalen Brunson. Phoenix's Devin Booker hit the ultimate game-winning three-point shot with just 1.7 seconds to go. The Knicks are now 9 and 7.

The Nets took down the Bulls…119 to 108. Royce O’Neal had 20 points and 9 rebounds for Brooklyn in the win.

The 76’ers were inactive. They play the Lakers this evening in Philly.

Rangers Vs. Sabres Tonight
Hockey. The Devils, Rangers, and Flyers were all off yesterday. Tonight the Rangers face the Sabres at Madison Square Garden. The Rangers are 15-3-1 for the season. The Devils and Flyers both play tomorrow.

Ohtani Meets With Yankees
Baseball. Superstar free agent Shohei Ohtani has been making a tour of teams that he’s interested in playing with. And recently Ohtani was in Yankee Stadium. They did up the Scoreboard with his image on it and everything…but we’ll see.
