Good morning, folks!  Davey Mac here with a fresh Sports Report for ya on a Wednesday!  We’ve got the scores you need and the news you want!  But first!  New York Yankee general manager Brian Cashman finally met with the media yesterday at a bizarre press conference in Arizona (at the MLB general managers meetings) and this thing yielded headlines and clips galore!  And we’ve got them for you below!

Cashman says (despite what Yankee fans think) that the team is “pretty f—ing good” and that he’s “proud” of the job he and his people are doing.  He was also defensive when questioned about bad trades like Joey Gallo…saying other teams have given Gallo a chance.  He also blamed injuries and said it’s not an excuse but that people shouldn’t ignore that.

INSANITY!  Brian, you must look at reality!  The Yankees have not been anywhere close to the top for years now…it wasn’t just one bad season!  Come to grips with the truth, Brian!  Meanwhile…I’m calling on Hal Steinbrenner to wake up and fire Cashman already!  Enough’s enough!  End this championship-less winter, Hal!   I’m Davey Mac…check out these crazy Cashman clips below!
