Rodgers once again has everyone talking as he was cleared for “functional football activity” by the Jets and Rodgers attended practice yesterday. Coach Robert Saleh said that he’s not ready for full contact and it’s too early to know whether he’ll actually play this season. Rodgers recently said he would return to the Jets…if they are in playoff contention.

Rodgers hasn’t played since Week 1 when he tore his Achilles after only four snaps in the Jets’ season opener against the Buffalo Bills. He’s been on the sidelines since.

If Rodgers DOES come back…it’ll be truly amazing. They say it usually takes at least one YEAR to a year-and-a-half to come back from an Achilles injury. Amazing! We’ll see!
