Good morning, Sports fans! Davey Mac here with another Sports Report for ya! It’s a great time of year we’ve got baseball, football, basketball, and hockey all converging at the same time! It’s a sport nut’s dream! But before we give ya the news and scores…we’ve got an NFL rumor brewing.
Sources are saying that with Minnesota’s star receiver Justin Jefferson getting injured…and with the Vikings being 1 and 4…it’s possible that quarterback Kirk Cousins could be traded.

And the odds-on favorite to land Cousins…should he get traded…would be the New York Jets. The question is: should the Jets still be thinking about acquiring Cousins? This rumor went around last month after Aaron Rodgers went down…and now it’s back.

But, is this the right move for Gang Green? Young qb Zach Wilson is coming off of his best game of the year…where he led the Jets to a 31 to 20 victory over the Broncos. He’s also far younger than Cousins (Wilson is 24…Cousins is 35) and you won’t lose any draft picks by hanging on to Zach.

So what do you think, Jets fans? Is it worth it going after Cousins? The guy has put up fantastic regular season numbers year in and year out…though he has faltered in the playoffs. It’s an interesting debate! Now on to the Scoreboard!

Houston Dominates Minnesota
Let’s start with baseball…as the MLB Postseason is in full swing. Yesterday…the Astros crushed the Twins…9 to 1…to take a two games to one lead in that series. Houston’s Jose Abreu hit two homers in the game.

Rangers Crush O's
The Texas Rangers dominated the Orioles…7 to 1…to sweep Baltimore and advance to the American League Championship Series. Texas Nathan Eovaldi, the former Yankee, picked up the win in Game 3.
