The reason why the list is being created is because I recently watched Thor: Love & Thunder and they use a TON of G’N’R music…and it ROCKED!  Multiple tracks were used and they thoroughly pumped up and enhances the movie.  Thor had previously played Led Zeppelin in their movies to great effect before…but this G’N’R usage was incredible.

  • 9.) "Welcome To The Jungle" in 'The Dead Pool'

In this underrated Dirty Harry movie, Jim Carrey plays an insane psycho rock star (not based on Axl at all) who is rocking out to this classic song from Appetite For Destruction.

  • 8.) "Oh My God" in 'End Of Days'

G’N’R combine with Arnold Schwarzenegger for a second time in their career with this really cool flick from 1999.

  • 7.) "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" in 'Days Of Thunder'

G’N’R’s excellent cover of a Bob Dylan classic from Use Your Illusion II makes a fantastic appearance in this solid Tom cruise movie.

  • 6.) "Sympathy For The Devil" in 'Interview With A Vampire'

Guns N’ Roses always looked up to the Rolling Stones and this cover of “Sympathy” from this Tom Cruise-Brad Pitt vampire vehicle is pretty awesome.

  • 5.) "Welcome To The Jungle" in 'Lean On Me'

Leon On Me with Morgan Freeman is one of those awesome movies that you just watch whenever you come across it on your TV.  This true story about a New Jersey high school principal is simply badass.

  • 4.) "Live And Let Die" in 'Gross Pointe Blank'

Hysterical and adrenaline-fueled usage of this tremendous Paul McCartney cover…this song and part of the movie ROCK.

  • 3.) "Sweet Child O' Mine" in 'The Wrestler'

The role that reignited Mickey Rourke’s career and earned him an Oscar nomination…this is an absolutely phenomenal appearance from a G’N’R song that matches up perfectly with the scene.

  • 2.) "November Rain" in 'Thor: Love & Thunder'

Thor summons his god-like powers and shares the with the children of Asgaard as they then proceed to kick some serious monster ass as Thor battle a super villain played by Christian Bale.  Awesome stuff.

  • 1.) "You Could Be Mine" in 'Terminator 2'

Come on.  Was there any doubt that this had to top the list?  Schwarzenegger’s greatest movie…a new Guns N’ Roses song…killer action, visuals, and sound…G’N’R was made for the Terminator franchise.
