The Holiday Season really kicks into high gear this weekend in Ocean County! So grab the kiddies, hop in your one horse sleigh, and get ready for some fun!

From boardwalk holiday events, to craft and vendor fairs, to out of this world adventures on land and in the sky, this weekend is the perfect time to get into the spirit of things in Ocean County. There are events in Point Pleasant Beach, Brick, and Toms River, just to name a few. However if you look around your own town you will see holiday fun popping up everywhere. Fire departments selling trees and having Santa deliver it. Libraries holding holiday book sales, and readings of Twas The Night Before Christmas. Downtown areas coming alive with tree lightings and colorful decorations. Local shops having sales and visits from Santa to draw in people from the cold. It’s all happening in Ocean County this weekend!

If you need to find more stuff to do, you can head over to the Explore Ocean County Instagram page. I’ve provided the link below. The page is set up by our friend Sandra Lazzaro, the Division Director of  Ocean County Business Development and Tourism, and the Ocean County Tourism Advisory Council, along with her team of tireless workers. If it’s happening in Ocean County this Holiday Season, they know about it, and will post it on the Instagram page! Furthermore, you can find out about other events and happening in Ocean County all year long, by logging on to their website: OceanCountyTourism.com

I hope you enjoy our small sampling of holiday events this weekend in and around Ocean County. I also hope you get out with the family to at least one if not more, in between all that holiday shopping, parties, tree buying, tree decorating, eating, drinking, and letters to Santa. Remember, just a few weeks left, so make some family magic this holiday season, before it’s too late!
