…Paul is sort of like the John Elway of the NBA right now (before he won Super Bowls in his last season). He has been one of the most respected, true, point guards the game has ever seen. But, he’s still ringless. Paul is desperate to get that one championship to secure his legacy.

That’s when a little kid at Chris Paul’s daughter’s school comes into the story. According to Paul: Quote, “She had a little boy at school that…was like, ‘Your daddy ain’t never gonna win no championship.'” Ouch! That kid was talking some smack! Maybe Paul will finally win the Big One and shut him up! I’m Davey Mac…that’s my two cents!

Yanks Split Doubleheader With White Sox
The Yankees had a double-header with the White Sox yesterday’s following Wednesday’s air quality postponement…and the Yankees split the day with the ChiSox. In game 1…the White Sox beat the Yanks…6 to 5. In game 2…the Yankees shut out the White Sox…three to nothing. Yankee rookie Randy Vasquez picked up his first MLB win and Gleyber Torres hit his 10th home run of the year. The Yankees are now 37 and 27 for the season.

Mets Lose Six In A Row
The Mets lost to the Braves in extra innings…13 to 10. Atlanta’s Ozzie Albies slugged a three-run home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to defeat the Mets. The Mets have now lost six games in a row and drop to 30 and 33.

Phils Defeat Detroit
The Phillies took down the Tigers…3 to 2…as the Phillies improve to 30 and 32 for the year. Bryce Harper had RBI double as he’s hitting .296 for the season.

Panthers Get Past Golden Knights In Game 3 Of Stanley Cup Finals
The Florida Panthers defeated the Las Vegas Golden Knights last night in overtime of Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals…final score…Panthers 3…Golden Knights 2. Florida’s Carter Verhaeghe scored the game-winner in O.T. Vegas leads the series…2 games to 1.

NBA Finals Resume Tonight
The NBA Finals resume this evening between the Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat. The Nuggets lead the series…2 games to 1…as their superstar Nikola Jokic is having the series of a lifetime.

Giants Call Off Practice Due To Air Quality
The Giants had to cancel an organized team activity because of the air conditions. A smoky haze had apparently made its way inside the fieldhouse…so the team decided to call off the practice. Head coach Brian Daboll went out and even apologized to the media for canceling the workout.
