Tour New York City With NYC Tourist Tips

Tour New York City! New York City Tourist Tips is run by Tim Rosen.  Tim is the founder of the New York City Tourist Tips Facebook Group page. I often wander over to that page to see what pizza joints, delis, and restaurants people are talking about. I subscribed to Tim’s site and received a welcome letter that read: Welcome to New York City Tourist Tips! Hi Robyn, Tim here again, founder of the New York City Tourist Tips Facebook Group and owner of Tim Tour’s NYC. Helping people plan and have a great trip means everything to me. I put my heart and soul into this because I realize for many people, this is their dream trip which many people take months or years to plan. The #1 most common question I get asked as a New York tour guide is this -- Where do we get the best pizza? The truth is there's no one right answer. Great pizza can be found in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx or Staten Island. All New Yorkers have our own favorites! We have made a google map pinned with common locations and maybe a few "hidden gems" for you to enjoy that best slice of New York pizza. Bon Appetit!   My Love Affair With The Big Apple I was born on New York City's upper East side and raised in the suburbs. I also worked in New York City for several years at a media company. I love New York! I still have family in 4 of the 5 boroughs. These days, I don’t go to Manhattan as often as I used to unless I have tickets to a Broadway show I really want to see. Even though I’m familiar with many parts of Manhattan, I thought it might be cool to dig a little deeper and go on a historical tour with Tim Rosen. New Jersey's Favorite Chili Dogs List Tim is a college professor at the City University of New York, a fully licensed tour guide, and a life-long native New Yorker. In his introduction Tim lets us know that he love this town! It's the greatest in the world and he loves showing it off! Here’s a snippet of Tim’s introduction, “I love to teach others about the history of New York City. I truly love meeting new people from all over the world. My tours focus a lot on history but also on a lot of FUN things like where do movie stars and celebrities live (we might even spot one!). We also learn about little-known New York secrets as well as the best places to eat, drink, shop, party, etc. We will learn a lot but more importantly we will have FUN! The full day tour is inexpensive and includes a historical trip to Central Park, the iconic Plaza Hotel, An inside tour of the magnificent St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, including NBC studios, 9/11 Memorial, boat ride across New York’s Scenic Harbor, and much more.
