The 74th Primetime Emmy Awards is taking place on Monday, September 12, and is broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles at 8 p.m. on NBC. It’s also streaming live for the first time on Peacock. Similar to last year, the ceremony will be largely in-person, with host Kenan Thompson. Presenters for the evening include Anthony Anderson, Rosario Dawson, Mindy Kaling, Lizzo, Juliette Lewis and many more. John Legend will be performing “Pieces” off his new eighth studio album Legend for the “in memoriam” segment of the show.
The Emmys will recognize the best in American primetime programming airing between June 1, 2021 and May 31, 2022.
