Join the 2025 Polar Bear Plunge at Seaside Heights to support Special Olympics New Jersey. You can dive into the cold Atlantic waters with a donation of $120 from Feb. 1-17 (“Better Late Than Never”) or $125 from Feb. 18-24 (“Almost Missed It”). There’s no age requirement, but all participants must sign waivers, and those under 18 need a guardian present. No diving or alcohol allowed before plunging. Bring a towel, aquatic shoes, dry clothes, and bags for wet items.
