Guy Fieri is the ubiquitous host of the Food Network show, “Diners, Drive-Ins, And Dives.” He has visited 30 New Jersey Restaurants since the show premiered back in 2006, the same year Guy hosted his very first show on the Food Network called, “Guy’s Big Bite.”

Guy was the winner of season two of “Food Network Star,” the competition show that launched his career into the stratosphere.

Guy Fieri is pretty much the face of the Food Network. The man has racked up more than half a dozen shows on the Food Network over the last 16 years. At last check, he has filmed well over 400 episodes of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives alone, and remarkably isn’t 600 lbs. How does he do it? Maybe he has a trainer and a mobile gym along for the ride.

Guy is also famous for his glossary of “Guyisms”, the man can tell you how delicious a dish is in 100 different ways. He is funny, personable, and passionate about food, and the reason many people plan road trip vacations based on the diners, drive-ins, and dives featured on the show.

The Mayor of Flavortown currently owns 17 brands and hundreds of restaurants across the U.S. Guy’s most recent restaurant opened in Atlantic City in August of 2022 called, “Chicken Guy” at Harrah’s Resort. The restaurant features a variety of chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, salad bowls, sharable sides, Flavortown shakes, a variety of signature dipping sauces, and soft-serve ice cream with a variety of cereal toppings. Let’s take a look at 5 places that Guy and his crew have visited here on the Jersey Shore.
