‘Bill & Ted 3’ Release Date Confirmed
Some not-so-strange things are afoot in the production of the third Bill & Ted movie, Bill & Ted Face the Music.
Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter are featured in the video below where they announced the new Bill & Ted movie will be filming this summer and is set for release August 21, 2020.
Deadline originally broke the news back in May 2018 that Bill & Ted 3 was going to become a reality. The premise of the film finds Bill (Winter) and Ted (Reeves) as middle-aged dads who have yet to create the music that will make Wyld Stallyns the greatest band ever/makers of world peace. The duo receives a visit from someone from the future telling the two dads they better get to steppin’ on the music or else the world is screwed. This, of course, leads to new time-traveling fun.
Last month marked the 30th anniversary of Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure.
