Local Vibes

Giving Tuesday has become a global movement that is recognized on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving. On Tuesday, November 29th, 95.9 WRAT encourages you to inspire generosity wherever you go, especially here in New Jersey.

Giving Tuesday as stated by givingtuesday.org “strives to build a world in which the catalytic power of generosity is at the heart of the society we build together, unlocking dignity, opportunity, and equity around the globe.”

With a day that encourages people to do good, you might ask yourself, where or how can I get involved? The people and organizations right here at the Jersey Shore need your help while transforming our communities right in our very own backyard.

We’ve compiled the list below which highlights local non-profit organizations among other businesses that could use your support on Giving Tuesday.
