Make sure you are set to “Spring Forward” one hour this weekend. We may lose an hour of sleep (for one night) but most states are gaining more sunlight later in the day for the bulk of the year.

You’ll need to change your clocks on Sunday morning (March 13, 2022) at 2:00 am. The state of New Jersey doesn’t go back to standard time until November 6, 2022.
