On This Week’s Show:
We pay tribute to the late Jamie Heath of Bad Attitude. James M. Heath Jr. passed away on 12/14. In 1983 he purchased his first guitar, which he dubbed “Gandalf.” 3 years later he co-founded Bad Attitude with his “brothers” Rich Wittek, Mike Leonard, and Pat O’Donnell. For the next 3 decades the Rahway rockers released original music and performed across the area, never missing an opportunity to help out a charitable cause. Even as his health began to decline, Jamie Heath continued to make music. Check out Bad Attitude’s music at reverbnation.com .
Services for Jamie Heath include visitation at the Lehrer-Gibilisco Funeral Home, 275 West Milton Avenue, Rahway, NJ 07065 on Wednesday 12/19 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Thursday 12/20 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Jamie Heath will be laid to rest at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Clark on Friday 12/21. More information can be found HERE.
A Go Fund Me page has been set up to aid Jamie Heath’s family and help cover funeral expenses. Donations can be made HERE.
