Nick Furlong has come a long way from his makeshift recording studio in his bedroom.

The Nevada native, who signed a publishing deal early on with One Republic’s Ryan Tedder, has gone on to write a variety of hits including Avicii’s “The Nights”, Steve Aoki & Walk The Moon’s “Back 2 U”, Papa Roach’s “Help”, All Time Low’s “Dirty Laundry,” and more. Most recently, Furlong co-produced and co-wrote the Kygo and Zac Brown collaboration “Someday”.

In this episode of 100 Years of Radio -100 Years of Hit Makers, we sit down with producer and singer songwriter Nick Furlong to hear stories behind the lyrics and songs he helps create.
