WRAT-FM CHILL SEATS UPGRADE GIVEAWAY CONTEST

OFFICIAL RULES

These rules apply to Chill Seats Upgrade Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WRAT-FM (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at https://wrat.com/ apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

1. HOW TO ENTER

2023. The Contest will begin on June 12, 2023 and end on August 27, 2023.

1. To enter online, visit wrat.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form during the following dates and times (each an “Online Entry Period”):

1. Online Entry Period 1: beginning on June 12, 2023 at 10:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending on June 26, 2023 at 10:00am ET
2. Online Entry Period 2: beginning on June 27, 2023 at 10:00am ET and ending on July 30, 2023 at 11:59pm ET

• Online Entry Period 3: beginning on August 1, 2023 at 10:00am ET and ending on August 27, 2023 at 11:59pm ET

1. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person per Entry Period during the Online Entry Period regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator.

1. There will be up to a total of six (6) Qualifying Prize winners (“Qualifiers”) and one (1) Grand Prize winner selected in the Contest. An entrant may only be a Qualifying Prize winner once.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

1. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in New Jersey, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

3. PRIZES

1. Up to six (6) Qualifying Prizes will be awarded. Each Qualifying Prize consists of two (2) tickets to a concert at the PNC Bank Arts Center as follows:
2. One (1) winner selected on June 26, 2023 will be awarded two (2) tickets to the 3 Doors Down concert on June 28, 2023
3. One (1) winner selected on June 26, 2023 will be awarded two (2) tickets to the Godsmack and Staind concert on July 29, 2023

• One (1) winner selected on July 31, 2023 will be awarded two (2) tickets to the Gov’t Mule and Jason Bonham concert on August 19, 2023

1. One (1) winner selected on July 31, 2023 will be awarded two (2) tickets to the Smashing Pumpkins concert on August 19, 2023
2. One (1) winner selected on August 28, 2023 will be awarded two (2) tickets to the Nickelback concert on August 31, 2023
3. One (1) winner selected on August 28, 2023 will be awarded two (2) tickets to the ZZ Top & Lynyrd Skynyrd concert on September 10, 2023

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Qualifying Prize is $60.00.  No substitutions permitted. The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The prize(s) is awarded as is. Tickets valid only on the date(s) printed on the tickets. Tickets are not refundable or transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond control of the Station and/or prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner(s) will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded element(s) of the prize(s). The Station and/or venue, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner(s) and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior, does not follow Station and/or venue policy regarding COVID-19 guidelines, or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the prize-related event. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending the prize-related event.

1. Up to one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize consists of one thousand dollars ($1,000) awarded in the form of a company check issued in the name of the winner. ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,000.00. No Grand Prize will be awarded, processed or mailed until winner has claimed the prize at the Station, presented all required documentation, and signed all required releases and tax forms. Checks will then be mailed within approximately sixty (60) days following confirmation of eligibility and completion of all requisite releases and IRS forms.

1. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed at the office of the Station located at 1731 Main St.; Lake Como, NJ 07719, by appointment Monday-Friday, during regular business hours. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

1. Up to six (6) total Qualifiers will be selected as follows:

Up to two (2) Qualifiers will be selected at approximately 12:00pm ET on June 26, 2023 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all eligible online entries received during Online Entry Period 1.  Potential Qualifiers will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing.

Up to two (2) Qualifiers will be selected at approximately 12:00pm ET on July 31, 2023 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all eligible online entries received during Online Entry Period 2.  Potential Qualifiers will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing.

Up to two (2) Qualifiers will be selected at approximately 12:00pm ET on August 28, 2023 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all eligible online entries received during Online Entry Period 3.  Potential Qualifiers will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing.

1. Up to one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at approximately 11AM ET on August 30, 2023 in a Station-conducted random drawing from the six (6) Qualifiers. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing.

6. Odds of winning a Qualifying Prize online depend on the number of eligible online entries received during each Online Entry Period. Odds of a Qualifier winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 6.

1. Entrants need not listen to the Station or be present to win a Qualifying Prize online. Qualifying Prize winners do not need to listen to the Station or be present to win the Grand Prize.

1. Grand Prize winner must confirm acceptance of prize within fourteen (14) days of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate Grand Prize winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining Qualifiers.

1. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

5. CONDITIONS

1. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at www.wrat.com.

1. For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at www.wrat.com.

1. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, 1731 Main St.; Lake Como, NJ 07719, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.
