2020 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Is Heading To NYC
A 75-foot tall Norway Spruce is making its way to New York City.
The tree was donated by Daddy Al’s General Store in Oneonta, New York. It was cut down on Thursday, November 12, and is currently en route for its debut as the next famous Rockefeller Christmas tree.
“Just because the tree is leaving, doesn’t mean we are,” Daddy Al’s General Store shared to Facebook.
The tree weighs 11 tons and is 45-foot in diameter. It is expected to arrive in Manhattan on Saturday, November 14 with the help of a 111-foot long trailer.
