The Jet’s stink.  Zakk Wilson stinks.  The defense played well, but gave up a long, 96 yard touchdown drive in the 2nd quarter.  What a rough outing last night for Gang Green.  What was a promising season is ending with a dud.  Ending with nothing.

Jets lost to the Jacksonville Jaguars, 19 to 3.  THREE.  Their only points coming after a strip sack by Quinnen Williams (great to see him back on the field, he’s such a great presence) on the Jags first drive deep in their territory.  The Jets actually lost yards on that first possession but kicked the field goal.  That was it for scoring.

Head coach Saleh said that he didn’t think Zakk Wilson was done for the season… this after benching him in the 3rd quarter and putting in Chris Streveler who was on the Jets practice squad in August.  Wilson ends up 9 for 18 attempts with 98 yards passing in what should be his last starting quarterback game for the Jets.  Quite frankly it should be his last start of his NFL career.  The only time Wilson showed any spark whatsoever was when he left the pocket on a roll-out.

It’s going to be time to start looking at the coaching staff, including Saleh, because they clearly are not developing this Wilson kid.

Zakk Wilson isn’t qualified to pass the mashed potatoes at Christmas dinner on Sunday.

Jets drop to not only having zero playoff hopes but the team’s offense is now irretrievably broken.  Somehow, they’ve figured out a way to go backwards.

How very, very Jets.

The Giants will be looking to earn their second consecutive win when they visit the Minnesota Vikings tomorrow afternoon. The G-Men are coming off a big victory over the Washington Commanders to improve to 8-5-and-1. New York enters Week 16 as the sixth seed in the NFC playoff picture.

The Philadelphia Eagles travel to Dallas to take on the Cowboys.  Eagles QB Jalen Hurts didn’t practice all week so he’s out for the game.  Gardner Minshew will get the start for the Eagles.  With the Eagles record being what it is, we could see them sit Hurts for multiple games so he’s 100% for a playoff run.

The Knicks host the Chicago Bulls tonight.  Quentin Grimes was upgraded to questionable, so you may see him in the back court.  Or they may rest him for Sunday’s game against the 6’ers.
