Breaking!   Gisele Bündchen has filed for divorce from Tom Brady and the judge has accepted it!   This means that Brady has officially been sacked by the supermodel because he wanted to play football this year!

Wow!   This makes Gisele the third person (behind Eli Manning and Nick Foles) to take a ring away from Brady!   BAM!

The question is…should Brady have come back for this NFL season?   I mean…the guy has won SEVEN Super Bowls (the most ever) and is unquestionably the greatest quarterback of all time.   He’s won with Belichick.   He’s won without Belichick.   He’s won back-to-back championships.   He’s won young.   He’s won old.   The man is a machine.   So what did he have to prove?

2019 Hollywood For Science Gala - Arrivals

On the other hand…maybe Brady doesn’t like ultimatums being put to him.   After all…Brady seemed to indicate that this would truly be the last year of competition for him.   It is year three of a three-year contract that the Tampa Bay Bucs gave him.   Maybe Brady just wanted to fulfill his deal with the Bucs.

Either way…it’s a dicey situation for Brady.   We’ll see what happens next!

The Giants lost to the Seahawks yesterday…27 to 13.   Not one but TWO fumbles by the Giants’ Richie James on two separate punt returns really cost the G-Men.   Both James fumbles resulted in Seattle scoring touchdowns.   Otherwise, it was a close game.   The Giants drop to 6 and 2.   The Seahawks improve to 5 and 3.

The Jets were defeated by the Patriots…22 to 17.   Jets QB Zach Wilson threw for 355 yards and two TD’s but he also threw three interceptions.   The Jets fall to 5 and 3.   The Patriots improve to 4 and 4.   Meanwhile, the Jets have tied an NFL record by losing thirteen straight games to the Patriots…tying the Broncos’ streak of losing 13 in a row to the Chiefs.

  • Knicks Defeated By Cavs

The Knicks lost to the Cavs yesterday…121 to 108.   And it was new Cavalier Donovan Mitchell (who I was desperate to get on the Knicks) who did the most damage.   Mitchell had 38 points and 12 assists for Cleveland.   The Nets and Sixers were inactive.
