It wasn’t long ago that the Shoppes At Hooper, located at 1922 Hooper Avenue in Silverton, seemed to be all dressed up with nowhere to go. The beautiful new building finished during the pandemic only had a couple of tenants it’s first year or so after opening. Thankfully, that has all changed now with the hustle and bustle of customers spending their hard earned cash on everything from haircuts, to wine, from fast casual tacos and poke’ bowls, to a salon and a spa, and of course two things no red blooded Silvertonian can go without, a good slice of pizza and a nice cup of Joe!
According to the Shoppes website, The Shoppes at Hooper is a new upscale shopping center situated on 9 acres of prime real estate in the Silverton section of Toms River, bordering Brick Township. The center is geographically located within favorable demographics and offers high traffic counts along Hooper Avenue, with ingress and egress on both Hooper Avenue and Church Road. There is inline retail space, second floor offices and two free-standing pad sites available, which are ideal for new or expanding businesses with ample onsite parking. The center offers many forms of leasing options.
The Shoppes At Hooper offers the neighborhood a nice “one stop” change of pace, where you can accomplish multiple tasks on your Saturday, for instance, without driving all around town. And when it comes to dining, like I mentioned, there are quite a few options. There was talk of, and even a sign up for a while, touting that brewery would be setting up shop in one of the pads but that has yet to materialize. However, you can get your fill of whatever booze you need with the flagship store of The Shoppes At Hooper, The Silverton Super Buy Rite, which was the first store to move across Hooper Avenue, two years ago. Here’s a list of the stores currently occupying space at The Shoppes At Hooper. Find out more at https://www.theshoppesathooper.com/
