Good morning, Sports fans!   It’s your buddy Davey Mac here back with another action-packed Sports Report to begin your week!   We’ve got the baseball and basketball!   The hockey and golf!   But first…we start with football!   Did you hear about superstar wide receiver Odell Beckham Junior?

Odell just signed with the Baltimore Ravens for one year…crushing hopes by some Giants and Jets fans that OBJ was headed back to the New York/New Jersey market.

It was thought that both the Jets and Giants were interested in Odell.   For the Jets, they saw OBJ as another attractive piece that could lure Aaron Rodgers over to Gang Green.   It’s already been reported that Rodgers is a big fan of Beckham’s.

Cincinnati Bengals v New York Giants

As for the Giants…Daniel Jones and company are still missing big-time play-makers from the wide receiver position.   They have a superstar running back in Saquon Barkley…and a good quarterback in Daniel Jones.   But they need a deep-ball threat…one that OBJ could have provided.

But alas…Odell is headed to Baltimore and not MeLife Stadium.   Good luck to him…and who knows…maybe he’ll sign with the Giants or Jets in a year!   I’m Davey Mac…that’s my Sports Two Cents!
