Congratulations to the Denver Nuggets...who have won their first NBA Championship in the 46-year history of the franchise.

Unfortunately, Nuggets owner Stan Kroenke is getting roasted online for apparently forgetting how a microphone works.

As NBA reporter Lisa Salters interviewed Kroenke onstage, he spoke into Salters' ear rather than the mic...and now the guy has gone viral. But, hey, I don't think he minds...he just won the NBA Finals! Check out the footage (and subsequent mockery) below!
Denver Nuggets Win Their First Championship
the Denver Nuggets are your 2022-23 NBA Champions. The Nuggets defeated the Miami Heat in Game 5 of the NBA Finals last night…94 to 89…to capture their first championship in franchise history (46 years). Nikola Jokić was named the Finals MVP. The Joker finished the series averaging 30.2 points, 14 rebounds, 7.2 assists, and 1.4 steals. Amazing. He’s also the first player in NBA history to have the most points, rebounds, and assists in a single postseason. He became the first player in NBA history to record 500 points, 250 rebounds, and 150 assists in a single postseason. Just amazing. Congrats to the Nuggets!

The Phillies fell to the Diamondbacks…9 to 8. The Phillies’ J.T. Realmuto actually hit for the cycle but it wasn’t enough to prevent the loss. The Phils drop to 32 and 34.

Yanks Vs. Mets In Regular Season Subway Series
The Yankees and Mets were inactive. This evening the Yankees and Mets play each other at Citi Field for a regular season Subway Series! The Yankees are nine games over .500 at 38 and 29…meanwhile the Mets come in at four games under .500 at 31 and 35.

NFL's Jags May Have To Play At NASCAR Venue
Weird story here. The Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan is looking to renovate the Jags’ stadium…and when they do…they make have to play their games at Daytona International Speedway. The 101,500-seat stadium is 92 miles south of Jacksonville.
