Good morning, Sports fans!   Davey Mac here and, yes, I’m a bitter Yankees fan.   I’ll admit it.   And that makes me hate the Houston Astros quite a bit.

But I thought I was alone.   I was not.   This year’s World Series featuring the Astros winning it all is the second-LOWEST-rated Series ever.

And that makes perfect sense to me.   No one wants to watch little micro-chip wearing Jose Altuve cheat.   Simple as that.

No one wants to look at Alex Bregman’s arrogant and dismissive face.   He’s a jerk.   Unlikable.   Can’t watch him.

Justin Verlander is annoying, too.   I get it…he’s a future, first-ballot, Hall-Of-Famer…but he also has an irritating face.   Sorry…just stating the facts.

Usually I would be happy for a guy like Dusty Baker…a long-time baseball man who finally won a World Series championship after being in the game for decades.   Unfortunately, Dusty, I can’t root for you in an Astros jersey.   Sorry.

In the end…the weak baseball commissioner needed to give the Houston Astros a much stiffer punishment after they were legitimately found by MLB to have cheated in the 2017 Postseason.   MLB dropped the ball on this one…and their TV ratings paid for it.   I’m Davey Mac.   That’s my two cents.

Huge blow for the New York Football Giants as the G-Men just lost their defensive captain and play-caller Xavier McKinney to what they’re calling a “freak accident” when McKinney overturned on an ATV in Cabo during the Giants’ bye week.   Coach Brian Daboll did not provide a timeline on when or if McKinney will be returning this season.

  • Astros Pull No Ratings

Well…you wanna know how many people HATE the Houston Astros?   The ratings just came out and this year’s World Series is the second-LOWEST rated Fall Classic ever.   The six games averaged around 11.7 million viewers.   Game 6 was played opposite several college football games, including Alabama Vs. LSU and Clemson Vs. Notre Dame.
