…Did you see the final episode of HBO’s amazing football docuseries Hard Knocks? As you may know…this season they have featured the New York Jets…which means all access to star quarterback Aaron Rodgers. And he did not disappoint. On the season finale, Rodgers told a story where he and two buddies saw a UFO while in New Jersey. Check this out…

So…what do you think? As a card-carrying MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) member…I can tell you…this happened. Listen…some people think I’m nuts because I’m open to the Ancient Astronaut Theory…which states that aliens have been visiting our planet for thousands of years. And, yeah…I watch Ancient Aliens on the History Channel…so what?

As created by Erich von Däniken in his best-selling book Chariots of the Gods?, the Ancient Astronaut Theory supposes that aliens have been observing us and possibly guiding us for at least a millennia. The ship that Rodgers saw could have visited our planet hundreds of times before!

The bottom line is that if aliens contact Aaron Rodgers…wouldn’t this be an unfair advantage for the Jets? Speaking as a Giants fan…I don’t think it’s right that Rodgers could get telepathic help from the aliens as he’s playing. I mean…if the aliens can travel light-years across the universe…surely they can read a top-tier NFL defense, break it down, and give Rodgers the keys to success. Not cool.

Yanks Win As Dominguez Homers Again
The Yankees beat the Tigers last night…4 to 3…as “The Martian” homered yet again! Yankee rookie sensation Jasson Dominguez slugged his 3rd home run and had three hits overall…in fact…the Yankees had him hitting third last night…and he came through. The Yankees have won eight of their last ten games and are now six and (at 70 and 69) are half games out of the third, American League, Wild Card spot.

Mets Lose To Nats
Meanwhile, the Mets lost to the Nationals…3 to 2. The Mets had a two to nothing lead but blew it. They fall to 64 and 75 for the season.

Phils Take Down Padres
The Phillies took down the Padres…5 to 1. Kyle Schwarber crushed his 41st home run of the year…a 465-foot bomb. The Phillies improve to 77 and 62…as they’re in the first, National League, Wild Card spot by five games.

U.S. To Play Germany In FIBA Semi's
Germany will play the United States in the semifinals of the Basketball World Cup…as Germany defeated Latvia yesterday in the FIBA tournament. The U.S. played Germany earlier this year and had to have a big rally to beat them…so it should be good.
