Hola, gang! It’s Davey Mac here…and it’s a good morning if you’re a Yankees fan. That’s because New York Yankees superstar outfielder Aaron Judge has officially won the American League MVP award.

Judge slugged an American League record 62 home runs this year…beating Roger Maris’ legendary total of 61 homers…61 years after Maris set his mark.

But Judge wasn’t finished there. He also batted .311 while driving in a league-leading 131 runs. Incredible.

And on top of all of that…Judge is extremely popular with his teammates (as well as with the fans). It’s time already…Yankee owner Hal Steinbrenner and General Manager Brian Cashman NEED to re-sign Judge NOW. Do it before he gets away. I’m Davey Mac…that’s my two cents.

In the National League…St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Paul Goldschmidt. Goldschmidt hit .317 with 35 homers and 115 RBI.

Nets Beat Portland
Over to basketball…the Nets beat the Trail Blazers in a good one…109 to 107. Kevin Durant was fantastic as usual as K.D. had 35 points and 8 rebounds in this one. The Nets improve to 7 and 9.

The Devils have won their 11th game in a row as the Devils beat the Maple Leafs last night in Overtime…3 to 2. Yegor Sharangovich scored the game-winner in O.T. for the Devils…who are now and incredible 14 and 3.

Titans Defeat Packers
Aaron Rodgers and the Packers were outplayed by the Titans on Thursday Night Football as Green Bay was beaten by Tennessee…27 to 17. Titan QB Ryan Tannehill threw for 333 yards, 2 TD’s, and one interception. The Titans improve to 7 and 3. The Packers drop to 4 and 7. After the game…Rodgers took responsibility for the loss for a change (rather than finger-pointing at his own teammates). Rodgers: “I’ve got to throw the ball better than I did tonight.”
