It’s time get your spooky on as the WRAT presents the Toms River Fire Company #1 Halloween Parade to be held on Tuesday, October 31st at 7pm.
Registration for the parade is free and will take place the day of the parade only from 8am until 4pm at the firehouse located at 26 Robbins Street in Toms River, New Jersey.
The parade will start on Highland Parkway at the intersection of Main Street and will end at the intersection of Washington St. and Hooper Ave. Chairs can go out the day of the parade, however, you must secure them down so they are not a traffic hazard.
It is encouraged to arrive early, map out your parade route in advance, and chairs are allowed to go out the days of the parade if secured. The Toms River Fire Company #1 Halloween Parade is reported to be the second largest in he world with up over 100,000 spectators.
As a reminder, the Toms River Fire Department does not regulate your towns Trick or Treat. The TRFD just request the towns to do Trick or Treat on the day before the parade so you can enjoy the night in downtown Toms River and watch or participate.
If for some reason you can’t attend in person, the Toms River Fire Department will be live on Facebook the night of the parade. Visit www.facebook.com/trfchalloweenparade for more information.
