The Monmouth County SPCA is celebrating Kittenpalooza. For the month of September all cats and kittens are half price the regular adoption fee. The fee includes spay/neuter, rabies and distemper vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment, FIV/FeLV testing and a microchip.
