Rachel Ana Dobken & Friends
featuring Tash Neal, Leslie Mendelson
with special guests by TASH & The MJT and the Mercury Brothers

Rachel Ana Dobken Band plays a full set followed by a collaboration with special guests Danny Clinch, Tash Neal, Leslie Mendelson and more.

About the artists:
RACHEL ANA DOBKEN – (drums, guitar, vocals, piano) is a powerhouse musician who studied jazz at Bard College with a knack for blending indie-rock and soul. She has been featured by BTRtoday, Relix Magazine, The Deli Magazine, Guitar Girl Magazine, Atwood Magazine, New York Times, Asbury Park Press, Star Ledger, The Aquarian Weekly & more. Her self-released LP “When It Happens To You,” is out now. Dobken plays and worked closely with world-renowned rock photographer Danny Clinch at his Transparent Gallery in Asbury Park. Dobken has sat in with such acts as Mike McCready, G. Love, Robert Randolph, Rayland Baxter, Brian Fallon, Grahame Lesh, Blind Melon, and more. The RAD Band features: Dan Haase, Ryan Maclean, Andy Jackle and Mark Masefield.

TASH NEAL & The MJT – Tash is a founding member of the rock duo The London Souls. He is a guitar player, singer, songwriter based in Harlem, NYC. Playing lead guitar with The London Souls has seen him onstage supporting the likes of The Who, Lenny Kravitz, Gary Clark Jr., The Black Crowes, Tedeschi Trucks, and Billy Idol. He recently shared the stage with Slash at the annual “Gibson Live At The Grove” concert for the 2020 Winter NAMM Show. He is currently working on a new solo project and has teamed up with brothers, Matt, Dave, and JoJo to form “TASH and the MJT”. They recently served as the House band for the Easy Rider Live event at Radio City Music Hall. Produced by Peter Shapiro and T Bone Burnett, the group shared the stage with John Kay (Steppenwolf) and Roger McGuinn (The Byrds).

DANNY CLINCH – Danny Clinch loves music. He listens to it, plays it (harmonica!), photographs it, and films it. Through this passion, Danny has established himself as one of the premier photographers across the entire music scene. He has shot and filmed a wide range of artists, from Johnny Cash to Tupac Shakur, from Bjork to Bruce Springsteen. His work has appeared on hundreds of album covers and in publications like Vanity Fair, Spin, Rolling Stone, GQ, Esquire, and more. Clinch has recently increased his presence in Asbury Park, NJ by not only creating the Transparent Gallery, but also by stepping up as partner and promoter to the Sea Hear Now music, surfing, and arts festival.

LESLIE MENDELSON – Incredibly talented in both musicality and songwriting, New York City based Leslie Mendelson is not to be missed. Her upcoming record, ‘If You Can’t Say Anything Nice…,’ is a gutsy album that splits the difference between her previous albums, but also features some garage-rock bluster. Leslie worked with longtime co-writer and guitarist Steve McEwan and bassist/engineer Lorenzo Wolff. Her talents have landed her collaborations with Bob Weir, Willie Nile, James Maddock and more, with her most recent co-writing with Jackson Browne on “A Human Touch,” and upcoming show support for Jackie Greene.

THE MERCURY BROTHERS – Hailing from the sandy streets of Asbury Park, NJ, The Mercury Brothers have been bringing their bluesy, boozy, rock enthusiasm to audiences since 2015. The trio of friends (Dan Apy on guitar and vocals, Luke McKenna on drums, and Ryan Lascelles on bass) have since expanded their sound to add lead guitarist Mike Mazza.
