The Jackson branch of the Ocean County Library will be holding a Prom Dress Giveaway and will be giving away free dresses for the eighth grade dance, junior prom or senior prom. This event will be held from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, March 24th. One dress per student and registration is required. This program is free and open to the public.
