OCVTS Career Training Information Session for High School Graduates
Thursday, May 28 at 7PM at the OCVTS Toms River Center
Are you a high school graduate looking for options other than college? Or are you just tired of putting in time at a job you really don’t like? Or maybe you’re unemployed and need a fresh start. Ocean County Vocational Technical School offers affordable, one-year training programs to get you started on the path to a new career in Culinary Arts, New Home Construction, Automotive Technology, Practical Nursing or Cosmetology.
OCVTS Accelerated Career Training Programs for Adults offer ten-month, full-time curriculum that enable students to gain valuable hands-on experience and complete training in less than one year in Culinary Arts, New Home Construction, Automotive Technology, Practical Nursing or Cosmetology. A Special Career Training Information Session will be held on Thursday May 28 at 7PM at the OCVTS Toms River Center, 1299 Old Freehold Road.
Admission representatives and instructors will be on hand to discuss details about each program. A tour of each program can be scheduled. All programs qualify for Financial Aid, Veterans Benefits and Unemployment Retraining benefits. Scholarship and NJ-GIVS grant opportunities are available.
The OCVTS Financial Aid Specialist can answer your questions and guide applicants through the financial aid process.
