A brand-new shopping spot has arrived in Highlands! Not 2 Shabby Thrift, located at 165 Bay Avenue, is officially open and ready to welcome the community with a curated mix of high-quality, affordable finds.

Join the celebration at their Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting on Saturday, December 13th at 12:00 p.m. The Highlands Business Partnership, Mayor Carolyn Broullon, and members of the Borough Council will be on hand as the community comes together to greet this exciting new addition to town.

Not 2 Shabby Thrift is a family-run shop created by a local mom and her three daughters, Highlands residents since 2014. Their vision: a warm, boutique-style shopping experience—without boutique prices.

Inside, shoppers will find:

Giving back is at the heart of Not 2 Shabby Thrift. Every quarter, the shop donates 10% of proceeds to organizations throughout the Bay Shore Corridor. This quarter, funds support the VFW and American Legion in honor of local veterans.
