New Jersey Celebrates Recovery, organized by the Help Not Handcuffs campaign, aims to bring statewide awareness about substance use, recovery, propose solutions, discuss obstacles, and offer resources for recovery.

Join us as New Jersey Celebrates Recovery at the iconic Paramount theater on the Asbury Park Boardwalk on Sunday, Sept. 20th.

NJ Celebrates Recovery will draw people of all ages from across the state who are in recovery, impacted by drug policy, friends and families and members of the general community.
