Description: On Saturday, June 18th 2016, the Monmouth Rugby Football Club will host the 2016 Monmouth 7s: Showdown at the Shore Tournament at Thompson Park in Lincroft, New Jersey. Additionally, the event will feature Olympic Day festivities which promote Team USA ahead of the 2016 Rio Summer Games and celebrated Rugby 7’s Debut in the Olympics. The fun includes Olympic themed activities, fun for kids, an opportunity to meet former and future Olympians and more! Monmouth Rugby’s Olympic Day is part of 1,816 events to be hosted in 1,297 communities representing every state.
