Join the Rat as we march down Bay Ave in the Highlands in honor of the St. RATrick’s Season.. for the Highland’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade.  Step off is at 2pm, bar hopping to commence immediately following.. or before.. maybe even during.. who knows!
