HELP TEACH A CHILD WITH A DISABILITY TO RIDE A BIKE

 

iCan Bike, a program that teaches kids with disabilities to ride a conventional two wheel bicycle, is in need of volunteers. Camp sessions will take place August 15th-19th, 2016 at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ.

 

If you are 16 or older, please consider volunteering 90 minutes a day to help a child who may otherwise never be able to learn to ride. Help them gain self confidence, self esteem, and the opportunity to participate in activities with family and friends. If possible, the same two spotters work with the same child all week, so volunteers truly share in the pride and joy of each child’s success at the end of the week!!
