Health Symposium and complimentary Continental Breakfast

CareOne at Jackson and Right at Home Homecare, Brick are sponsoring a Health Symposium and complimentary Continental Breakfast, open to the public, at CareOne at Jackson, 11 History Lane, Jackson on Tuesday, June 23rd from 8:30am to noon in the dining room of CareOne.

Health experts will discuss such topics as osteoporosis, total knee replacement, POLST (Practitioner Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment) forms, estate planning before a crisis hits, and navigating through the world of home care. A question and answer session will follow.
