Discuss organic food benefits at the Ocean County Library

Living on a budget does not mean you have to miss out on the benefits of organic foods. Jennifer Klein, a registered dietitian, will discuss both organic and non-organic foods at four Ocean County Library branches and offer tips on how a person can fit organic foods into his or her budget. Klein will also teach cooking techniques and offer samples from a recipe made with organic ingredients.

The program will be offered at 2pm in the following branches:

Berkeley, 30 Station Road, Tuesday, April 10th

Manchester, 21 Colonial Drive, Thursday, May 3rd

Jackson, 2 Jackson Drive, Thursday, May 17th

Stafford, 129 N. Main Street, Tuesday, May 22nd
