Benefit for Helping Hands of New Jersey

August 17, 2014 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM

SeaBreeze Deli, 111 Highway 71, Spring Lake Heights

The SeaBreeze Deli, located in Spring Lake Heights, is celebrating its 20th year anniversary on Sunday, August 17st, 2014 with a special celebration between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

As a way of saying thank you to the community, Owner John Kretkowski and his staff will be serving free barbecue, including hamburgers, hot dogs and his famous pulled pork to all comers.

The SeaBreeze Deli has a longstanding history of supporting the community and those less fortunate. During Hurricane Sandy, SeaBreeze was one of the only open businesses the day after the storm. They used flashlights, candle’s and generator’s to keep the doors open and ensure the neighbors had a place to come to get a free cup of coffee and soup, along with the best pork roll sandwiches at the Jersey Shore!
During, this difficult time, SeaBreeze worked with Helping Hands of NJ and catered many free dinners at churches and shelters for displaced residents. SeaBreeze even offered a free Thanksgiving Dinner to anyone needing a place to go for Thanksgiving Dinner.

In keeping with their spirit of generosity and giving back to the community, during the month of August, SeaBreeze Deli will be accepting cash donations for the Helping Hands of New Jersey charity. In addition SeaBreeze Deli will be making a donation to this worthwhile cause.

For more information, please contact John Kretkowski at the deli at (732) 449-8118 or on his cell at (848) 207-1649
