Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School, 74 Ridge Road, Rumson

Anxiety: What’s Normal? What’s Not? and What to Do About It? will be presented by Rumson-Fair Haven Friends of Different Learners on Thursday, November 14th, 7:30-9pm at Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School, 74 Ridge Road, Rumson. Dr. Alison P. Block, PhD designed the workshop to help parents, educators and interested community members increase their understanding of anxiety, how it can affect students, when intervention is needed and how families can help. Specific anxiety disorders will be discussed, as well as anxiety that may not meet the diagnostic criteria, but is commonly seen in young people and individuals with learning and spectrum issues and ADHD.
