Today, we are joined by students from Monmouth University who have collaborated on an album title MADI, which stands for Monmouth Artists for Diversity and Inclusion. This album made its debut on June 30th. It was recorded and produced at MU under Blue Hawk records, the University’s student-run record label. This album was supported by the Office of the Provost and the University’s Intercultural Center with a Diversity Innovation Grant. The central idea is to evoke and inspire the imagination of the Monmouth University community in a way that promotes diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through music, spoken word, and art.
