This week, our guest is Mike Ferraro, President of the nonprofit organization Bridging The Gap. Bridging The Gap supports Military Support Dogs for Veterans who need them. They participate in the Hometown Hero Program, which recognizes a Veteran or First Responder who deserves recognition for the work they do. They receive a three-hundred-dollar gift certificate along with other prizes. Bridging the Gap also partners with Coastal Habitat for Humanity to assist in helping with home repairs for Veterans.  Funding for this nonprofit is helped through sales of their coffee, called the Coffee Platton.
