This week our guest is Kevin Garrison, founder of The Blessing Bag Brigade. The Blessing Bag Brigade is a nonprofit organization dedicated to showing compassion and humanitarianism towards those in need, committed to aiding the homeless and educating the public. It’s the belief of the Blessing Bag Brigade through firsthand experience, that there are everyday items that can make an impact and difference in the world of those in need. The Blessing Bags include such items as bottled water, snacks, socks, deodorant, razors, toothbrush, and travel sized soap, body wash, lotion, shampoo and other personal items. Their outreach has taken them to New Brunswick, Newark, Asbury Park, Long Branch and other Jersey Shore areas where they are committed to distributing supplies.
