This week, our guest is Gwen Anderson. Gwen’s son Jason is in need of a kidney and is waiting on a transplant list for a donor. Jason lives on Monmouth county with his Mom and Dad. He was adopted at birth and his mom noticed he wasn’t gaining weight. At eighteen months old, doctors discovered Jason was in kidney failure with chronic kidney disease. If you were to meet Jason, you would never know he has health issues. However, he has to take two injections and over twenty pills a day.
