This week, our guests are George Josephson and Mike Frankovich from the Toms River Rotary Club. This year marks the 30th annual Sailfest. This event draws a crowd of over 15,000 along River Avenue in Island Heights. Sailfest features crafters, food trucks, vendors and live entertainment. There’s also a Sailing Regatta throughout the day with over thirty sailboats taking part. 100 percent of the proceeds from Sailfest go towards providing scholarships to area youth to be used for college.
