This week’s guest is Frank Davis, board member and fundraising chairman for the nonprofit organization “A Need We Feed.” This organization began in October of 2012 as a result of Superstorm Sandy. Sandy devastated many homes and businesses along the Jersey Shoreline, and while construction may have rebuilt these structures, A Need We Feed restored comfort, hope and confidence back to the people. They began by feeding the first responders and continued serving those in need as the demand grew. Over the years, over 11,000 prepared meals made by volunteer chefs and community members have been delivered to many veterans, seniors, and families of BBBS in Ocean County.
