We know, typically you would use a stout for some beer cheese, but we put a special twist on it with Mr. Miller lite himself, Gotts! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

12 oz Beer (Stout is typically best, but any will work as we found out!)
16 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon-ish spicy brown mustard
16 oz cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon-ish garlic powder

(I’m sure plenty of different shredded cheese varieties would work – if you go rogue from the above, please let us know how it goes!)

INSTRUCTIONS

- Combine all ingredients in crockpot and stir to combine.

Cook on high for 1 hour – stir regularly, suggested every 20 minutes.
Keep in the crockpot on “warm” setting to serve.

FYI: This dip is best severed immediately; but can be reheated, stirring frequently to avoid separation.
