Someone paid $88,000 for a Cheeto that looks like a Pokémon, just has way too much money. That is just insane! Here is the story, it was Flamin' Hot Cheeto that kind of looks like a Pokémon character just sold at auction. A lot of different fans all over did chime in and say it looks like a Charizard. It is one of the rare characters, so it got the nickname "Cheetozard."

A place out in Georgia called 1st and Goal Collectibles went all over social media, last spring after posting a video of it.  They said they'd been hanging onto it for about five years.  This Cheeto is three inches long, and they framed it to look like a trading card. An online auction site called Goldin listed it last month with a starting bid of $250. The auction didn't end until this past weekend, then the winning bid was 72 grand.  All said and done when you tack on fees, it comes out to be $87,840. Whatever knucklehead bought it thinks it'll be worth even more than that someday. HERE IS A SHORT VIDEO:

Gotts' Thoughts On This Story

I think this is just a ton of waste of money, why in the world would someone spend that much money on something like a Cheeto. I can think there are a bunch of ways to invest your money and this is not one of them. Why would this person really think they will make money on this, and what do you do with it, other than just have your friends and family most likely will be just calling you crazy for buying that for that price?

Thank you for taking the time out to check this unbelievable story out, and as always rocking out with me and of course 95.9 The Rat. You can get more wacky stories by clicking right HERE. Much LOVE and CHEERS. - Gotts
