A Night Of Comedy And Magic Comes To Toms River on September 28th, at 7:30 pm, when Comic, Magician, and Mentalist Denny Moore perform in Holiday City.

Who Is Denny Moore?

JIMMY STEAL

Denny Moore

According to the bio on his website, Denny's interest in magic, mentalism, and hypnosis began at the early age of nine. He put his first show together and started working professionally when he was a freshman in high school and has been going strong ever since.

He realized the importance of mystifying his audiences, but he also realized the importance of ENTERTAINING his audiences.

Many magicians, mentalists, and hypnotists are so concerned with fooling their audiences, that they completely forget to ENTERTAIN their audiences. Denny More does BOTH! That would explain why, over the years, he has become one of America's favorite variety performers. He has headlined every major comedy club in the nation including the famous Caroline's Comedy Club on Broadway. He's also been a favorite at Casinos across the country, including The Riviera in Las Vegas.

Versatility is Denny More's strong point. He is perfect for a family type of venue or a more "adults-only" type of event. His experience is in corporate events, high school and college events (including proms, post-proms, and project graduations), theme parks, cruise ships, comedy clubs, professional & fraternal organizations, synagogue events, fundraisers, private parties, and TV (including performing comedy-hypnosis on two of TV's Jerry Springer Show).

Ticket Info

Tickets to the evening with Denny Moore are $25. The show is open to the general public, and tickets are available by calling Bonnie, at 201-615-2454. Doors open at 6:30 for the 7:30 show. There is no eating during the performance.

It was a beautiful day at ShoreTown Ballpark. Great crowd of people and of course dogs!

Believe it or not, Jimmy’s first job was overnights at a Christian Radio Station. He claims he got into radio because like Rocky Balboa once said, “cause I can’t sing or dance.” Jimmy loves to write about all local happenings, especially around his town of Toms River. Favorite Pastime (other than masturbation, of course): Cheering for the Yankees, and crying for the J-E-T-S!!! Favorite Food: Hot Sauce…I collect ’em! Favorite Drink: PRUNO…look it up, if you dare! Favorite Movies: The Exorcist, Planet of The Apes (the original), To Kill a Mockingbird, Annie Hall, and of course GF 1 & GF 2…I heard that’s how the real fans refer to them. Favorite Movie Line: easy…Murry-Caddyshack-“big hitter, the Lama”…f#$*in’ riot! Best Rat Rock Bands: STP, VH, ZEP, PEARL JAM, FOOS, PEPPERS,AC/DC Favorite New Bands: Glorious Sons, Rival Sons, Dirty Honey Most Embarrassing Moment: the moment my mother reads this shit! Best Day: I know a lot of folks say this, but it’s true: the day my little girl Jynell and my boy Big D were born! Next to that, it would have to be the day I was baked on earth day in Central Park and met Keefer Sutherland…baked too, I believe.
